Texas Widlife Artist Juli Koroly
I have been silent but very busy! The month of May was a
dream come true! I had three shows , one demonstration on encaustic,
and two programs on my Native Americans portraits. One of the shows is still in place . It is at High’s Cafe in Comfort Texas. This is a fantastic place, great food, super ambiance . Stop by and let me know how you liked it.
Because several pieces were sold , I delivered three new paintings this morn
ing. This one is titled “ I love Ewe”. You can’t drive far in Texas without coming upon a scene made pastoral by a sheep herd. It is one of my favorite views..

Encaustic Painting "Flyby" by Texas Hill Country Artist Juli Koroly
This butterfly made an appearance on one of my plants last year and I quickly sketched it. I did this 6x8 encaustic from from my sketch. I enjoyed the subject because it was a challenge to capture the character in this media.
